About Ekspor Kopi Arabika
A family mill in Wonosobo working with 240 smallholder farms across four villages. We wet-hull, sun-dry and hand-sort every lot ourselves, and we cup each one before it is offered.
About the mill
Founded in 2011 in Wonosobo, Central Java, working with 240 smallholder farms at 1,200 to 1,600 metres. Every lot is wet-hulled and dried on raised beds at the mill, then hand-sorted twice before bagging.
How we work
- Harvest — Hand-picked at 90% ripe cherry between May and September.
- Processing — Wet hulled within 12 hours, dried on raised beds.
- Sorting — Density sorted, then hand sorted twice.
- Shipping — FOB Semarang or Tanjung Priok, 18 MT per 20ft container.
